Instinct. Thursday Eve's. This is really the heart of my training. I love that I have the opportunity to pass this technique along.

I think at times one of the hardest things to do is find your way into a scene. How do you really get involved? Honestly.

I knew on some level we all needed to take a break from going for the result and really work on discovering where our process can take us.

Here is what I know. The more we share the truth about ourselves, our feelings and reveal all of that in the moment the richer the experience becomes. Give of yourselves when you work. Give of your talent. We do everyone a disservice if we don't open up and share.

What I will say is I learned a lot about everyone last night. I liked it. It engages me.

Say it.

Feel it.

Express!!!!

Class last night was for us...so I will keep it private.

The faces of love looked good on everyone. You all let the work come forward.
